Approval Based Drop-ins & Mobile Pay Stubs

This week we released a huge addition to drop-in care with the ability to add pending approvals to bookings. This enables administrators to approve a drop-in booking before a family is confirmed for care. Additionally, we launched mobile pay stubs for staff to view their pay history on the mobile app.

Releases

• Beta release of approval based drop-ins — you can now require an admin approval before accepting a drop-in that was booked

• Mobile pay stubs — staff can now see their pay stubs on the app

• Able to add program name to email templates as a merge field

• Signature reports now show the count of signatures for the day as a column to quickly find missing attendance

Fixes

• Fixed an issue where email templates wouldn't show unless the screen was refreshed

• Fixed some broken help center article links on pages and added in new ones

• Downloading forms now has headers for custom field question types

• Fixed NaN showing up for a student’s birthday if they were entered MM/DD/YY instead of MM/DD/YYYY
