A SHRM-SCP with a Master's in Urban Affairs and Planning from Virginia Tech and a B.A. in Political Science from Stony Brook University, he is the author of Finding Your North Star: A Practical, Successful Approach for Nonprofit Strategic Planning and Small But Mighty: Changing the World Through Consulting, and co-author of Lean Recruitment. He and his team were a critical resource to child care providers navigating the COVID-19 pandemic and continue to help programs build resilient, sustainable operations.
