Jennifer Conner is CEO of The Child Care Success Company, with 20+ years in childcare operations. A Lake Charles, Louisiana native, she purchased her first center over 20 years ago and grew it from one location into two — doubling enrollment and tripling revenue along the way. She holds a Bachelor's in Management and Marketing with a minor in Psychology from McNeese State University. Jennifer joined Child Care Success Academy as a coach in 2017, was promoted to Director of Coaching in 2019, and became CEO in 2023, where she now coaches owners on filling their programs, empowering their teams, and building businesses they actually love running.
