Johnnie Montgomery Frost is the owner of KinderKids Learning Center, which she established in 2018, and Brightstart ECE Consulting. She also serves as Vice President of the Alabama Child Care Owners Association and is a passionate advocate for quality early childhood education. Drawing on her experience as an early childhood education leader, business owner, and consultant, Johnnie brings a practical perspective to the challenges leaders face when supporting teams, developing others, and learning when to step in—and when to step back.
