Kathy Pomer is President and CEO of GatherRound Consulting, which she co-founded with Sarah Koffler. With nearly four decades in early childhood education as a classroom educator, school leader, administrator, mentor teacher, and consultant, she most recently served as Director of the Sheva Center for Innovation in Early Childhood Education and Engagement at JCC Association of North America. Kathy holds a Master's in Early Childhood Education and a Bachelor's in Child Development from the Eliot-Pearson Department of Child Study at Tufts University. Through GatherRound, she helps programs design intentional environments and family engagement practices that let children, families, and educators all thrive.
