CRM Tasks, Unified Paperwork, & New Billing Create Flow
v592
3 Releases
13 Improvements

Marketing & CRM
Introduced Tasks in CRM, allowing your team to create action items manually or via automations. Tasks can be tied to specific leads and actions, helping teams stay organized and ensure no lead is overlooked and every follow-up happens on time, saving your team valuable time and boosting enrollment success. A guided task mode walks users through their assigned tasks across leads, reducing context switching and making it easier to work through outreach efficiently.

A Meetings tab has been added to CRM leads, making scheduled and past meetings easier to reference in one place.
The Student property can now be removed from CRM forms, giving teams more control over what information is collected.
CRM conversations (SMS and calls) can now be downloaded as a CSV, making it easier to review activity or share data externally.
Fixed a minor lead sorting issue related to custom fields, ensuring leads appear in the expected order.
Enrollment & Paperwork
Forms, fillable PDFs, and file requests are now unified into a single Paperwork tab for guardians and student profiles, prioritizing required paperwork and reducing navigation.

Paperwork that is in progress can now be edited, allowing corrections without restarting submissions.
Billing & Finances
Introduced an optional “Create debits” flow that supports a more streamlined billing setup for students.

When creating debits, a new “Billing ending soon” tab highlights students whose billing plans may need attention.
Payment confirmation emails to guardians now include an itemized breakdown, making charges clearer and reducing follow-up questions.
When deleting an installment plan, the total number of debits being removed is now shown correctly.
Fixed an issue where accounting codes could not be removed.
Payroll & HR
Payroll Home now includes a year-end banner reminding users to review information before W-2s are generated.
The Time Off tab on staff profiles now includes the year for each entry, with sorting updated to default by start date.
Staff pages now show a “Not signed up” warning icon for staff who were added but not invited, helping admins catch setup gaps.
Attendance & Ratios
Clicking a student’s name in the enrollment forecast sidebar now opens that student’s profile in a new tab, making forecasting reviews less disruptive.
Reporting & Insights
Added a “Withdraw date” field to custom reports, supporting more accurate historical reporting.
Student age has been added to the Activities report to enable more precise filtering.
Platform, Integrations & Admin
Playground now supports international addresses and phone numbers across the platform, enabling use by non-US families and staff.
