Marketing & CRM

  • Fixed an issue where email template subject lines were not copied when duplicating templates to enterprise programs.

Billing & Finances

  • Admins can now attach accounting codes to subsidy reconciliation actions. Choose whether to charge or waive any differences in subsidy amounts received vs expected when recording a deposit to make it much quicker to close books.

  • An overage report was added at the enterprise level to show results across all locations in one place.

Payroll & HR

  • Payroll deadlines less than 24 hours away now display with hours and minutes instead of rounded hours, making it easier to meet deadline cutoffs.

  • A search bar was added to the deductions, benefits, and garnishments tabs to make payroll details easier to find.

  • Inactive employees are now filtered out of the payroll actions sidebar to prevent accidental selection.

Enrollment & Paperwork

  • Paperwork expiration reminders can now be set up to help ensure paperwork is submitted on time. You can now set up customizable email reminders both before and after the expiration date so you don't have to do the manual follow up yourself.

  • The paperwork status report was updated to include form submissions so all paperwork types are represented.

  • Enterprise dashboards can now request paperwork templates directly, simplifying setup across programs.

  • A notification is now sent when rejected paperwork was resubmitted, improving visibility into follow-ups.
