The API can now create CRM bookings, allowing partners to schedule meetings directly while enforcing the same required form questions used on the booking page.

Billing & Finances
Biweekly billing now has its own setup and service-date controls, so schools can configure it separately from weekly billing with clearer first-cycle date options.
Subsidy deposit entry no longer blocks service start dates because of closed-books rules, while still enforcing the deposit date.
The billing assistant now reuses recent billing figures and provides clearer balance explanations for charges, credits, and payments.
Enrollment & Paperwork
Staff fillable PDFs now support connected fields, allowing fields to be prefilled from staff profile information, custom fields, and staff form answers.
Reporting & Insights
Date custom fields now sort chronologically instead of alphabetically in reports.
Attendance and staff-signature reports now keep a child’s full day together when classroom filtering is used, even when check-in and checkout happen in different rooms.
Family Communication
Admins can now see SMS history for staff communications, including delivery status and message segment usage, alongside email history on staff profiles.

Learning & Assessment
Enterprise lesson plans are now available in beta, allowing organizations to centrally create and share curriculum with selected centers and classrooms. Centers can also save reusable plans back to the organization catalog. Available by request through Support or your Account Manager; mobile support is coming next release.
Lesson planning settings now include lesson categories, and enterprise lesson activities can use organization-level units, tags, and categories.
Lesson plans and lesson activities now have clearer center-vs-organization source filtering, making it easier to see where shared content came from.
Observation post rating scales can now be customized, with saved ratings appearing in feed milestone rows. Mobile support is coming next release.
