Marketing & CRM
The API now includes lead history events, such as lead creation, form submissions, and text messages, so CRM integrations can measure family follow-up more accurately.
CRM automations can now trigger when an application changes status, so schools can build follow-up flows for waitlisted, accepted, rejected, or dropped applications.
CRM teams can now customize their own closed-lost reasons, so lead reporting matches each organization’s admissions process.
CRM views and automations now support more flexible filters, including “is not one of” for choice fields and “is between” for date ranges.
Camber Voice agents now pull knowledge base content more reliably, warn admins when a webpage has too little readable text, and better handle callers who ask for a person when no transfer destination is set up.
CRM lead and student search now looks within the current CRM first, so searches on large datasets no longer time out.
The CRM dialer now tells users when their browser blocks or can’t access the microphone instead of failing silently.
Replying in the CRM Inbox now replies to the family instead of a bounce notice.
Billing & Finances

Adding installments to a billing plan now uses a guided flow where admins choose a new end date or a number of additional installments, with a clear explanation of the one-year end-date limit.
Autopay history now shows why autopay changed, such as a family action, a payment-method change, or an admin update, so admins can see what happened without extra digging.
Payroll & HR
Admins can now assign staff while creating an additional pay schedule and review missing pay schedules from the payroll dashboard, and employees see a W-2/1099 reminder during year-end season.
When deactivating or terminating staff, admins can now remove their future schedules and time off in the same workflow.
Enrollment & Paperwork
Linking a potential duplicate family now combines the full households involved, including when more than one lead is already enrolled.
Reporting & Insights
Scheduled custom reports can now use relative date ranges and optionally attach the CSV to report emails, so recurring exports always cover the right period.
Family Communication
Staff can now reschedule scheduled posts after they’ve been created. Mobile support is coming next release.
Newsletters now show their subject line in the family email log.
Learning & Assessment

Enterprise lesson activities can now include milestones, connecting shared lesson content to the developmental skills and learning goals used across schools.
