Two big launches this week — Meal Plans and Custom Fees on Enrollment

In order to better support the Child & Adult Care Food Program, Playground has added much improved meal planning and tracking. Administrators can now set the meal items they will be serving for each meal, along with times. There is separate meal tracking for infants. Parents can see all of the scheduled meals and plan accordingly. Expect a bunch of updates on meals and meal tracking in the coming weeks and months as we build out more support for CACFP reporting

The second big launch this week is around custom enrollment fees. You can now create as many fees with whatever names you'd like as you charge parents during the registration process. Fees can be collected at time of application, once they are accepted, and for tuition deposits for tuition for the coming school year

• Meal plans launched! You can now record meal schedules with food items and times attached directly through Playground. Share this with parents and use it to plan out your shopping

• Custom fees for enrollment — add your own application fees, enrollment fees, and tuition deposits

• Enrollment acceptance page includes more information for parents

• Able to rename custom reports

• Enrollment applications show both the parent and admin selected plans

• More details added to payouts dashboard to quickly reconcile payments

• More filters on the transactions table

Fixes

• Disabled inputs should be a lot more clear that they are disabled

• Submitted dates on forms are fixed

• Links on documents are now clickable

• Printing forms now fits on a page and looks much better

• Audio message bubble on chat is easier to interact with

• Additional systems in place to prevent duplicate students from being created during enrollment

• Documents with fields that are off the page are easier to fix and remove
