Single sends

AI call summaries and automatic transcripts are officially here in your CRM so your team can focus on closing more enrollments. In addition, we launched single sends so your team can send out emails in bulk as one-off sends and not part of a larger automation sequence. The other big release of the week is an updated daily payment summary email providing an overview of all payments made each day. The team also launched 19 other significant improvements and quality of life fixes.

  • AI call summaries & transcripts — logged calls will now provide AI generated transcripts and summaries so you can quickly see what happened on a call

  • Single sends — send out bulk individual emails to leads through the CRM

  • Payment daily summary emails — get an overview of all payments made by day to your inbox

Improvements

  • Releasing a deposit was made much simpler and clear

  • Filter by age on lesson plans

  • Now more clear when a single week schedule will override a recurring schedule

  • Faster and more clear to add in payment methods for guardians

  • Retrying failed payrolls is now more clear
