This week we're serving up 4 piping hot releases alongside 18 improvements and fixes. Enjoy several new paperwork releases like multiple PDF submissions and being able to store paperwork on leads in CRM. We've also launched email analytics overviews to keep an eye on email marketing performance. Finally, we revamped the media gallery for everyone on web so images are easier to see, select, and download.

  • Multiple PDF submissions — fillable PDFs now allow multiple submissions

  • Lead documents — upload paperwork and documents directly to a lead profile

  • Email analytics overviews — see how emails are performing on CRM

  • Media gallery refresh — the media gallery on the web is now much easier to navigate with a refreshed look and the ability to bulk select images

Improvements

  • Paperwork now shows expiration badges if expired

  • Able to create custom fields on enterprise forms

  • Held amounts were redone to be more intuitive

  • Families can now view their old form submissions

  • Admins can override their availability when manually scheduling a meeting

  • Student profiles with many actions now load more quickly

  • File requests now allow multiple photos to be uploaded at once

  • Paperwork status filters now allow more granular filtering

  • Added additional messaging when families have overdue amounts on their invoices

  • Admins can now edit payment methods for split families

  • When splitting families, the payment methods are automatically split as well

  • Able to capture the reason a lead doesn't want to enroll

  • Added a column to show when payments failed
