This week was a big internal infrastructure week preparing for some big updates coming this week. We still got a bunch of smaller releases, improvements, and fixes out.

The big launch this week was around paperwork. Paperwork can now be added to be completed before adding a payment method on enrollment. This should help to increase paperwork completion rates during enrollment and ensure that all required paperwork is completed prior to completing the application.

We also released optional paperwork. Paperwork that doesn't need to be completed, such as waivers that families may not need to fill out, now do not show up as incomplete if there is no submission.

There have been continued improvements around forecasting and improving the user experience such as speed and interface. Stay tuned for more!
