This week was all about improving the general quality of life on Playground. We added new improvements like better date filtering on ledgers, a dedicated place to manage custom fields, and a new report to help with payment reconciliation. Improvements

• Added a dedicated page on settings to manage custom fields

• Added date filtering on student and family ledgers

• Added print buttons to the transactions tables

• Added a payouts debit report to view which debits were paid for in a specific payout

• Added more data imports from other systems

• Added more warnings for deactivating staff members that are on payroll

• Added all clocked hours on the staff hours table

• PTO hours shows more clearly for salaried employees when creating a payroll

• If all students are inactive, families will now show their autopay as inactive

• Improved the delete installment flow

• Improved status handling for billing plans

• Updated copy across the website for delete vs remove

Fixes

• Teachers will always be able to view their own paperwork, regardless of permissions

• Teachers who have ever had payroll will always be able to see their previous payroll info

• Fixed sidebar highlighting for specific pages

• All statement overview values update as you filter and search
