Pre-Tax, Post-Tax, & Benefit Administration Dashboards

This week we released a new dashboard for payroll customers to manage your benefits along with pre-tax and post-tax deductions. This comes along with a handful of quality of life improvements like better program enrollment billing and being able to submit subsidy attendance data to supported states on different cadences.

Improvements

• Enrollment dashboard should be sped up for users with a large number of applications

• Able now to adjust a student’s schedule after they’ve applied, but before they’re accepted

• Autopay is now more clear that no funds will be withdrawn if there is no balance on a student

• Enrollment schedules for before/after school and summer camp now export with enrollment applications

• Guardian changes now supports more changes

• Program enrollment billing now defaults to listing start date

• You can now run subsidy attendance data uploads weekly, biweekly, or monthly

• Added better process for employee termination

• Creating paperwork now has more helpful text explaining what each type is

• Able to add an employee to payroll directly when adding a new staff member

• Payroll now has larger, more clear modals

Fixes

• Fixed issue where text would fall off of the modal if too many options selected

• Fixed signatures showing in the media gallery
