Custom roles are launched! We heard that our pre-fit roles didn't always fit your needs, so we have launched a full-on role builder interface. Turn off entire features, or just subset of features. Allow read/write permissions separately. Assign a bunch of staff to roles all at once. If you run multiple locations, you can manage all your permissions in one place. We know that every center has different policies, permissions, and access controls. Now you can set up those permissions quickly and easily.

We also launched a more clear way to have a white-glove onboarding. Drop in any roster, excel sheet, photo, hand written lists, etc. and someone from our team will help you get your center set up.

We've also heard that there is a lot going on at Playground, and sometimes you may want to learn more about the different features we offer. Look to the top of every screen on the website to sign up for a webinar going over Playground's different functionality.
