Families no longer have to complete their enrollment application in one sitting because we just released the ability to save progress and pick up where they left off! We also revamped the staff mobile time tracker to make it significantly easier to see total time worked (and paving the way for a big release in here the future 😉). We also improved the conversations tab adding in a page for SMS history. In addition to these releases, we also launched a dozen improvements and to continue making your experience on Playground even better.

  • Saved enrollment applications — families can now stop and pick up where they left off when applying to an enrollment listing

  • New staff mobile time tracker — staff can now see worked hour logs in a much easier format

  • CRM conversations now shows SMS history — track all messages sent to families

Improvements

  • Improved domain authentication for CRM — authenticate your domain to send more emails with higher deliverability

  • Improved the process of splitting families to reduce errors

  • Improved the summaries at the top of tables

  • Improved search by email on the enterprise dashboard

  • Able to now bulk delete chats & mark chats inactive
