• Lead forms can now be duplicated, making it faster to reuse and adapt existing forms.

• Fixed a minor issue where CRM onboarding did not navigate to the correct area.

Billing & Finances

• Billing language has been standardized across student profiles, statements, and transactions for a more consistent experience.

• The Transactions page now includes an account code filter for debits and credits, making it easier to find relevant transactions.

Payroll & HR

• Introduced a new Staff document status report showing the selected document status for each staff member, making it easy to see who still needs to complete required documents.

• Added an Expired status to the Staff document status report for both students and staff.

• If a staff member has multiple document submissions and the most recent one is expired, that document now appears in the Expired staff documents report.

Enrollment & Paperwork

• Student and staff names are now clickable from paperwork tables, making it easier to jump directly to profiles.

• Guardians can now add a contact email from account settings in the browser.

• Staff file requests now support editing when viewing a document.

• For guardians, multiple-choice custom fields can now support selecting more than one option.

• Required fields on fillable PDFs now appear in red when incomplete, making it clearer what still needs attention.

Attendance & Ratios

• Fixed an issue with editing schedules directly from the schedule table view.

Family Communication

• Archived chats have been removed from the main chat list in the browser, with a smoother archive and unarchive experience to reduce clutter.

• Feed action buttons (Like, Reply, Share) have been redesigned in the browser for a cleaner interface.

• Pending feed posts with photos now display more clearly on mobile instead of appearing collapsed.

Reporting & Insights

• The Forecast Enrollment insights side panel has been updated with clearer layout and enhanced information.

• Student absences can now be excluded from the Classroom forecast (schedule) report for more accurate projections.
