The mobile app now supports Tap to Pay on iPhone in beta, allowing you to accept in-person payments directly from an iPhone. Contact your Account Manager to enable it!

Staff can now split invoice charges by percentage for split families, with separate previews and totals for each guardian group.

Billing teams can now restore user-deleted debits, credits, and payments from the past 30 days, reducing the risk of permanent mistakes. This should make it easier to fix any billing issues on family accounts.

Creating invoice charges now opens in the new billing experience by default, while preserving the option to switch back for users who previously opted out.
Overdue invoice reminders now open in a review modal where staff can confirm eligible families and add an optional custom message before sending.

CRM student and guardian boards now support additional grouping options, including a No Stage column so records without a stage remain visible.
CRM automation setup is now faster with default condition branches and one-click branch creation for each remaining option on a single-choice property.

Booked tours now appear correctly for CRM staff with access to a single location.
CRM automation texts now send correctly when the configured sender number is stored in display format.
Manual enrollment of a single lead into an automation no longer gets blocked by hidden trailing spaces in the lead’s name.
Auto-created CRM call leads now inherit the program associated with the phone number that was called, ensuring program-level staff can see and manage those leads.
Payroll & HR
The Total Staff Hours report can now break PTO down by time-off type, making payroll reconciliation easier from a single report.
Enrollment & Paperwork
Roster uploads now extract embedded nicknames from child name fields and use cleaned names for duplicate matching.
The Incomplete Docs report no longer marks documents as Not Started for students the document was never shared with.
Enterprise users can now manage note tags across programs from Custom Values, while individual programs are protected from editing enterprise-managed tags.
