Ceslee Frost owns and directs Little Friends Preschool, a licensed home-based program in Ventura, California (License #566215755) running preschool and Transitional Kindergarten classrooms for up to 12 children. A former elementary school teacher with 25+ years working with children, she holds an A.A. in Early Childhood Education from Ventura College, a B.A. in Child and Adolescent Development from Cal State Northridge, and a Multiple Subject Teaching Credential from the University of La Verne. She speaks from the director's chair on everything from enrollment to policy handbooks — practical wisdom built from running a program, not theorizing about one.
