Tell us about your Workshop
Start by completing our short speaker interest form. Tell us about yourself, your area of expertise, and the topic or idea you’d like to bring to Playground Workshops.
We’ll find a time that works
If your topic is a fit for an upcoming Playground Workshop, a member of our team will reach out to coordinate the session and get a date on the calendar.
Send us the details
Once your Workshop is scheduled, we’ll send you a speaker intake form to collect everything we need to build and promote your session.
We build + promote it
From there, Playground handles the setup. We’ll build your registration page, manage registration and reminders, promote the Workshop to our audience, and send you a promotion kit with your registration link and ready-to-share graphics.
Before your workshop
Join a few minutes early for a quick tech check, then you’re ready to teach. A Playground team member will also be with you during the live session to manage the technology, incoming questions, and everything happening behind the scenes.
After your workshop
We’ll record your Workshop and send you the on-demand recording afterward, yours to share and reference. We’ll also host it in the Playground Workshops library so people can continue discovering your session after the live event.

Questions? We’ve got answers.
Is presenting with Playground a paid opportunity?
Playground Workshops are unpaid speaking opportunities. Our speakers participate to share their expertise and make practical education more accessible to the child care community. In return, Playground promotes your Workshop to our audience of child care owners and directors, handles the event production and promotion, provides assets you can share with your own audience, and sends you the recording of your session to keep and share afterward.
