Stephanie Blitshtein is Director of Onboarding Services at Playground, where she's been building the systems that get child care programs live on the platform since October 2021. She authored Playground's Onboarding Guide and the Implementing Playground documentation, treating customer success as operational discipline and communication architecture — not a support function. Her work focuses on billing, enrollment, and the day-to-day workflows that make or break a rollout.
