This week we updated how attendance records interact with absences, added better visibility for emails sent to leads, and improved performance & report speed, in addition to other quality of life improvements.

Releases

  • Adding attendance to absent students now removes the absence during check-in

  • CRM delivery statuses — directly see when emails fail to send or are bounced within the activity section

Improvements

  • Added decimal amounts to staff hour reports

  • Our access control integration with Kisi now supports time based access based on groups

  • Added check-in questions signing a child in using the PIN code on web, ensuring consistency

  • Lesson activities inputs now grow automatically as text gets larger so the text doesn't get cutoff

  • Payouts can now be less than every day as an option if you want to receive payouts less frequently

  • All reports are now ~2 seconds faster

  • Improved loading and error states on editing attendance and absences

  • Pre-select students for signing in and out on kiosk

  • CRM: Able to preview email templates

  • CRM: Guardian first and last names now available as email variables

  • CRM: Deleting a lead updates the interface immediately

Fixes

  • Enrollment should now be responsive on height when dragging and dropping applications

  • Student activity log now sorted by date
