• Camber Coaching is now available from CRM agent conversation transcripts, helping teams review AI interactions, ask follow-up questions, and apply suggested prompt improvements.

• CRM leads now include a L∞¢ Booked field, making it easier to identify leads that have stalled after scheduling.

• CRM automation wait steps can now skip weekends for day-based delays, helping follow-up sequences land on business days.

• Fixed CRM meeting reminder updates so changes now apply to meetings that were already booked.

• Fixed a crash when deleting the last step in a CRM automation.

• CRM lead forms and tour booking pages no longer block legitimate users when reCAPTCHA scoring fails while still maintaining verification behind the scenes.

• Bimonthly billing is now available throughout onboarding and billing settings as a standard billing frequency.

• A new Daily Absolute Hours overage fee lets programs automatically charge when a student exceeds a fixed number of attended hours in a day, regardless of arrival time.

• Enterprise Revenue Summary reports can now be generated as a single combined report across selected programs instead of separate sections for each program.

Payroll & HR

• Fixed child support deductions so an employee SSN is now required before saving, preventing payroll processing errors.

Enrollment & Paperwork

• Fillable paperwork now supports adopting initials, allowing guardians to enter their initials once and automatically apply them throughout the document.

• Staff can now unshare assigned paperwork directly from student and staff profiles.

• Program-level users can now open a read-only sharing view for enterprise-managed paperwork, making it easy to see which programs have access while keeping sharing controls centralized.

• Staff and admin paperwork submissions can now send admin notification emails when notifications are enabled, matching the existing guardian submission workflow.

Family Communication

• Enterprise chat now includes an All Chats view for a selected program, allowing admins with the appropriate permissions to review all conversations instead of only their own or unread messages.

• Fixed dynamic family chats so staff who are temporarily transitioned into a student’s classroom are automatically included in conversations and receive notifications.

Health & Compliance

• The Coming Due Immunizations report now includes an Earliest Due column, providing clearer visibility into upcoming immunization deadlines.

Platform, Integrations & Admin

• Staff can now be tagged directly from an individual enterprise staff row, making one-off staff tagging much faster.
