Subsidy teams can now bulk assign vouchers for flat-rate subsidies.
When autopay is removed because a payment method is disabled, admins can now see who made the payment-setting change.
Payroll & HR
Hourly PTO policies now support accrual caps, allowing programs to stop accruals once an employee reaches a configured limit.

Payroll teams can now configure a staff-hours close date that locks timesheets and absences before a selected date.
Enrollment & Paperwork
The setup experience for new programs has been redesigned as a guided wizard that adapts for both migrations and brand-new implementations.
Staff with the appropriate permissions can now add and edit student paperwork hidden from families without requiring admin access.
Enterprise paperwork forms can now be duplicated, including optional shared programs and recipients.
Enterprise paperwork now makes it easier to see which programs a form is shared with and navigate directly to the program-specific view.
The document and form expiration confirmation modal now only appears when there are saved expiration settings that require action.
Attendance & Ratios
Geofencing is now 4–8x faster and enforces a minimum radius of 75 meters for more reliable operation during drop-off and pick-up.
Contactless sign-in can now be completed without requiring a guardian geofence check.
Parent check-in no longer asks families to select a classroom.
Family Communication
Family and staff history now records when guardians are added or removed, providing a more complete audit trail.
Platform, Integrations & Admin
Fixed the setup flow so booking and embed links are generated correctly.
Deleted dropdown values are now cleared properly from records.
