This week we released mobile staff schedules so staff with permission can view other staff schedules directly in their Playground app. We also improved the way leads on the CRM can be sorted and found along with a dedicated place to track all missed calls for quicker follow ups. As per usual, we also launched nearly a dozen improvements to continue making the app experience as smooth as possible.

Releases

  • Cash Deposits — track if cash payments have been deposited and when, same as checks

  • CRM Lead Views — leads now separate out leads, guardians, and students for easier sorting and searching

  • Missed Calls — track all missed calls coming to your CRM phone number

  • Staff Schedules — staff can now see other staff schedules on the mobile app (with permission), broken down by classroom and day

Improvements

  • Improved the design of scheduled posts to be more cleaner and clearer

  • Families will now be prompted to upload a photo of their child in the app

  • Improved the click state of buttons when pressed

  • Improved the way filter menus are closed when clicking off the menu or pressing esc

  • Improved visibility for families when a credit card is expired

  • Added a role option for ability to update roles

  • Improved clarity on which paperwork fields are staff only

  • Improved chat search suggestions to prioritize primary guardians over other guardian types

  • Improved paperwork tables sorting

  • Improved emailing yourself reports to include report headers
