This week we released massive family facing updates! Our releases this week focused on streamlining family engagement, and include chat replies, event RSVPs, and calendar subscriptions. In addition, we also released nearly a dozen quality of life improvements.

Releases

• Chat replies — reply directly to a message on chat

• Calendar RSVPS — Allow families to RSVP for events directly within the app or website

• Calendar subscriptions — Download individual events to your calendar or subscribe to all public events

Improvements

• Calendar refresh — cleaner view when printing, viewing the monthly calendar, and can now color code events

• Able to navigate directly to paperwork from the changes page

• Added cash app as offline payment type

• Engagement dashboard now has a date picker

• Added “posted by” filter to the feed on mobile

• Improved the interface and messaging around approving payroll

• Signing students in and out now has faster screen load times

• CRM actions modal — see what actions are currently running for an automation

• CRM texting now shows expected number of segments for messages

• CRM meeting booking pages are prettier

Fixes

• Staff forms on mobile should now work in all cases

• Closing the staff edit modal now closes it

• Inactive students are no longer able to be checked in on web
