Caller ID customization has been introduced to improve call recognition and increase answer rates during outreach to leads.
Relative date filters have been added to CRM saved views and automations, making day-to-day list management faster. This allows for filtering for things like last 7 days or previous month.
CRM email history now includes status filters and columns, helping teams quickly identify delivery outcomes and follow-up needs.
CRM lead notes can now be removed from history, giving teams more control over lead records.
New CRM automation triggers have been added for enrollment application sent/received events, as well as recurring schedules (daily, weekly, monthly) targeting leads based on filters.
