This summer is going to have a bunch of billing and enrollment updates based on feedback we've heard from this last school year and that we're getting as everyone is setting up enrollment and billing for the upcoming school year. The first wave of improvements is family based billing views and new enrollment sorting options.

We've heard that you would love to be able to see a family's entire billing data on one page, quickly and easily, so that you can respond to families when they have questions. We have added family based statements and ledgers, and also have made it so that you don't have to download an invoice to view it. This should make it significantly quicker to get the data you need to respond to family's questions.

We also added more enrollment upgrades to handle the different needs for quickly processing new enrollments. We added a few new sorting values, added in searchable discounts, and made it easier to get an overview of the student in the changes and actions section of the student profile
