Marketing Updates & Custom Reporting on Guardians

Two big releases this week in addition to 20 more improvements & fixes. Families with inactive students can now be sent emails and text notifications from the feed if they are located in inactive programs - this is great for marketing and communicating to families that aren't actively enrolled yet. And, custom reports can now include guardian information - a large request that's now live!

Improvements

• Revenue summary reports now group incidental billing

• Able to mark form fields on custom posts as required or optional

• Able to edit pay date when editing payrolls for off-cycle payrolls

• Able to see the date payment method was added on payment method reports

• Able to bulk upload staff across enterprises

• Able to see student programs on paperwork overview dashboard

• Able to see signatures on web for custom posts (such as injury reports)

• Able to reapply credits to debits one by one

• Added a banner to alert users if there are debits that have been paid before other debits that are due earlier

• Added an advanced feature to granularly remap credits to debits

• Able to mark guardians as primary on roster upload

• Improved payroll email communication

• Improved mobile feed performance and stability

Fixes

• Subsidy deposit filters now save

• Enterprises can no longer remove schools that have processed payments

• Added center name to more enterprise reports

• Fixed birthday report not calculating on all birthday formats

• Fixed bug on name to face tracking

• Fixed sorting on connected fields for enterprises

• Deleted plans on enrollment will no longer show up as an option for switching plans
