• CRM lead profiles now show the meeting booked email confirmation, making it easier to verify successful scheduling.

• Fixed an issue where CRM notification indicators showed unread messages when everything had already been read.

Payroll & HR

• When reactivating a staff member, there is now an option to unarchive existing 1:1 chats, preserving conversation history.

• Saving updates to a staff member’s birthday is now clearer, with a visible “Save changes” bar appearing when edits are made.

Attendance & Ratios

• The mobile student roster has been refreshed with faster filtering and a cleaner, more intuitive experience for daily use.

• Playground now supports sending attendance data in Virginia for subsidy reconciliation.

• In Scheduling → Schedules, the Resource view filters have been updated and now include the ability to filter for staff only.

Family Communication

• Links clicked from feed posts now open in a new tab, so users aren’t navigated away from Playground.

• The discoverable chat setting for guardians has been removed when family communication is turned off at the program level, reducing confusion.

• When creating a new program, two feed post templates are now included by default to welcome families and staff to Playground.

Reporting & Insights

• Fixed an error that prevented feedback from being sent on certain reports.
