Marketing & CRM

  • Messaging automations now include a trigger when emails bounce, giving teams the ability to automatically create tasks or send texts when an email is incorrect. This should dramatically reduce the number of leads lost to typos!

  • Fixed an issue where canceled bookings could leave stale events on calendars, this is no longer happening.

Billing & Finances

  • Subsidy deposit workflows now allow more control during recording, including editing copays and deselecting students.

Updated deposits
  • Subsidy deposit upload support has been expanded to Rhode Island.

  • Payment workflows now provide clearer family and payment context with improved defaults, reducing manual corrections.

Payroll & HR

  • Admins can now assign more granular permissions, including separate access for Hours & Timesheets and Earnings & Pay Rates, ensuring staff only see what’s relevant. This allows folks on your team to edit timesheets without seeing compensation details.

  • A new “Custom Values” role has been added for more precise permission control for who can edit the custom values page on Settings.

Enrollment & Paperwork

  • Staff can now approve or reject paperwork directly from document previews, reducing extra clicks and speeding up reviews.

Faster paperwork approvals

Family Communication

  • Newsletter setup now allows selecting admins as recipients, improving internal communication flexibility.

  • Custom reports saw a massive overhaul and now supports stronger filtering, preserves selected column order, and performs better on large datasets.

Custom reports redesign
  • Temporary spot calculations have been corrected to better reflect actual availability.
