Marketing & CRM

  • A phone dialer has been added to the CRM, making it easier to place outbound calls directly from Playground.

Dialer
  • AI Suggested Tasks are now available for CRM conversations, automatically recommending follow-ups (like sending an email or scheduling a tour) after calls or inbound texts so teams stay on top of next steps.

AI suggested tasks
  • CRM now supports multiple reporting dashboards, each scoped to the full organization or a specific program.

  • Custom program properties can now be added to CRM, allowing teams to store and use more program-specific operational data.

  • CRM emails now support attachments up to 25MB (previously 2.8MB), making it easier to share larger files.

Billing & Finances

  • Biweekly billing is now supported, with a first due date picker to control which billing cycle charges align to.

  • Family statements now display unpaid and overdue amounts directly, making follow-ups clearer.

Enrollment & Paperwork

  • Fixed an issue where immunization uploads did not detect certain minimal CSV formats.

Reporting & Insights

  • Staff hour reporting now includes active staff context, improving accuracy for staffing reviews.

  • Classroom dropdowns are now searchable, making it faster to find the right classroom.
