• Lesson activities can now be edited from mobile, including activity details, resources, tags, classrooms, and learning milestones. This is being rolled out and may not yet be visible in your mobile app.

• The CACFP Classroom report now supports total, daily, weekly, or monthly date breakdowns, and its totals now match the selected classroom filters.

Marketing & CRM

• Camber can now explain student balance figures directly from the billing page, answer program-specific questions for enterprise admins, show progress while working, and reopen past conversations on web.

• CRM meeting types can now include buffer time before and after meetings, preventing public booking slots from being offered too close to existing meetings or calendar conflicts.

• CRM past bookings can now be filtered by meeting outcome, including tours with no recorded outcome, making follow-up review easier.

• CRM automations created from templates now come in with customer-specific stages and the creating user assigned as the task owner, reducing manual cleanup after setup.

• CRM Age filters now return the correct leads for presence, equality, and inequality filters, including grouped filters that previously returned inverted or overly broad results.

• CRM meeting reminders now send from the mailbox that belongs to the booking’s center, avoiding reminders from the wrong location after meeting types are copied.

Billing & Finances

• Subsidy rates can now define their own full-time attendance threshold, so expected subsidy calculations and deposit attendance units better match agency-specific rules.

• Staff hours now include an audit history for check-in and time-off edits, giving payroll reviewers and managers a clear record of what changed and who changed it.

Enrollment & Paperwork

• Food Program settings now save correctly when switching centers or reopening the settings modal with updated center data.

Scheduling & Attendance

• School closures can now be marked for students only, so staff schedules can remain visible on days when students are not attending.

• Programs can now be organized in a custom order so staff can control how programs appear across the app.
