This week we significantly improved our subsidy ledgers to make it easier to see the specific debits and credits. Account sign up links for families & staff now pre-fill known information to make it even faster to create a Playground account. Playground payroll now also supports percent based pay splits. In addition to these releases, we also released a number of quality of life improvements and fixes.

Releases

• New sign-up link format. It will pre-fill all your information making sign up significantly faster for new families and staff

• Added percent based pay split for payroll — now able to pay out percentages of your paycheck to different bank accounts

• Separate ledgers for subsidies — you can now see debits and credits related to subsidies as a whole and for individual subsidies

Improvements

• Injury details now show the post information as well

• Posts now have max file sizes to ensure it will be able to load on mobile devices

• More emails are now being tracked in the email history tab for guardians

• Able to specify employment type & payroll info when adding new staff members

• Able to filter schedules based on absent, scheduled, and scheduled and absent. This should make it much easier to print out schedules

• Able to skip nightly reset for overnight schools

• Discounts now show breakdown of each discount on revenue summary report

• Added active filter to staff paperwork recipients

• Playground now tracks all changes to roles so you can see when they were changed and what changed

• When new updates come out on the dashboard, there will now be a notification banner letting you know to refresh your browser

• Hovering over autopay tag on student profile now gives you more information like when it was added

• Student ledger table is now sorted more logically

• Table rows now show the pencil icons when you hover over a row to edit

• Payroll error messaging improved and more information shown to you as you process payroll

• Teacher names now show when switching accounts

Fixes

• Deleted audio messages no longer show on mobile

• Booking a drop-in with a recurring schedule now keeps both

• Switching between siblings properly shows custom fields instead of needing a refresh

• Fixed an issue with guardian pins not showing on the mobile app if they have been overwritten

• No longer able to delete forms that are attached to listings — you can instead mark them inactive and they will be hidden outside of enrollment

• Fixed issue where the guardian and staff invited status didn’t change when sending the signup link from specific flows

• No longer able to pay more than total charged on web as both admin and parent
