Chat Updates & Enterprise Reporting

Chat Updates & Enterprise Reporting

The two big updates this week are more functionality for chats on web and on the app, in addition to enterprise dashboard reporting

The chat updates include a bunch of quality of life fixes and improvements that have been requested for a while now: adding reactions to chats, better coloring, chat attachments search, and more. This should make parent engagement on Playground a little more fun and make it faster to find the things you need. The increase in color should also help make it easier to remember who you're talking to in a larger conversation.

The second batch of features is around enterprise reporting for our largest customers. A new customizable dashboard allows administrators to begin finding the data they need per center much more quickly. Each user has their own dashboard they can add reports and information to that they can view across all of their centers individually.

Releases

  • Enterprise dashboard and reports with reporting customizable per user

  • Added 15 new enterprise reports as an initial launch

  • Attachments section on chat

  • Add reactions to chat messages

  • See times for chat messages on hover / press

Improvements

  • Easier process for editing program check-ins on the student overview

  • Staff hour reports show dollar amounts for each period

  • Payouts page includes more information on what has been paid out and failed transactions

  • Added Florida assessments

  • Fix calendar month view for events with really long names

  • Fixed issue with recording signatures around the time of the nightly reset
