CRM Texting & Kanban, School Closures, & Duplicating Menus

This week we launched two massive updates on CRM, including two way texting with leads and a brand new way to organize leads by stage. In addition, we launched two additional features that have been highly requested; adding closure days for a program and significantly easier meals & menu duplication.

Releases

• CRM Two Way Texting — Launched two way texting with leads out of beta!

• CRM Kanban View — Quickly track your leads by stage on customizable cards

• Closure Days — Quickly mark an entire day as closed for the program. Right in time for the holidays!

• Duplicating Meals & Menus — Easily duplicate entire days or weeks of meals into the future

Improvements

• The “On My Way” queue on web has received a refreshed look.

• Quick actions for transitioning and clocking in/out have been added to the ratio dashboard.

• Deleting or archiving objects in Playground now requires confirmation.

• Adding deductions in the payroll flow now includes searchable dropdowns to make it even easier.

• Staff can now be filtered by benefits received in payroll.

• A new button allows you to send reminders for staff to sign up for payroll.

• Bulk updates to staff payment methods are now easier in the run payroll flow.

• Food items can now be deleted in bulk.

• Drop-in bookings can be filtered by status.

• Student first day can now be added to custom reports.

• The welcome email sent to families can now be customized.

• You can toggle to see your password on the sign-in screen.

• Enrollment changes now support more adjustable columns.

• A toggle has been added to download report data when exporting.

• Schedule printing has been improved.

• CRM automation nodes now have more descriptive information.

• The first version of limited lead filtering in CRM has been launched.

Fixes

• Fixed issue where FTEs per day was saving to 0 if no value was entered

• Fixed issue on web kiosk that had sticky fields between signing

• Fixed graphical glitch where web kiosk was always showing sign in

• Web kiosk no longer shows inactive siblings

• Staff are now navigated to payroll screen when following a sign up for payroll link

• Blocked from creating duplicate fields on CRM
