• CRM automations can now be configured to run only once per lead, preventing duplicate follow-up when a lead matches the same trigger multiple times.

• Automations can now be skipped for a lead when manually changing the lead's stage in case it doesn't make sense for the automation to run.

• SMS steps can now be added to automations before texting approval is complete to speed up the onboarding process. Those steps will be skipped until approval is granted, allowing automations to be built ahead of time.

• SMS and email templates can now be copied across CRM configurations for multi-program organizations, reducing repetitive setup.

• The CRM Forms page now includes search and assigned-program filters, making forms easier to find.

• The CRM SMS “Send from” selector is now searchable, making it easier to choose the correct phone number.

• Multi-program CRM call views now indicate when a call belongs to a lead assigned to another program, providing better context for directors.

• Camber responses on mobile can now be copied with a long press, and multiple draft responses are easier to copy individually.

• Fixed yahoo.net email addresses being incorrectly rejected during signup and staff creation.

• Fixed email sending so invalid recipient addresses are filtered before sending, with clearer messaging when no valid recipients remain.

Billing & Finances

• Billing reports now include Billing Ending Soon and No Billing Plans, making it easier to identify students who need billing plan or voucher follow-up.

• Billing setup and invoice settings now use clearer service period descriptions to help teams better understand billing configuration options.

• Fixed the Subsidy Rates and Vouchers enterprise toggle displaying an incorrect error state.

Payroll & HR

• Payroll review now includes a dedicated Pending status in the pay breakdown table, making payroll items awaiting action easier to identify.

• Fixed staff roster imports so CSVs containing only a full Name column are processed correctly.

Attendance & Ratios

• Recurring calendar events can now be deleted for a single occurrence, this and future occurrences, or the entire series.

• Classroom ordering is now generally available, allowing programs to organize classroom lists to match their daily workflows.

• The CCA attendance integration now has a clearer submission experience with improved review controls.

• Fixed CCA submission errors from Kindersystems so users see clear, actionable error messages instead of raw responses.

Food Program (CACFP)

• Food Program staff can now upload a PDF or image of a menu and have Playground generate a weekly meal plan preview before saving, significantly reducing manual menu entry.

Family Communication

• Student-based family chats are now in beta, giving each student a dedicated conversation shared between families, teachers, and admins that automatically stays up to date as classroom assignments change. Contact your Account Manager or Support to enable the feature.

• Family history now includes guardian edits and more complete change tracking, providing a stronger audit trail for family records.
