Marketing & CRM

  • Camber voice agents can now recognize when a caller is an enrolled family before responding, allowing them to tailor conversations with family-aware context instead of treating every caller as a new lead.

  • CRM workflows got several usability improvements: enterprise admins can switch sites from the CRM header, assigned-site dropdowns are searchable, email templates open filtered to active templates, and completed tasks can be marked incomplete again.

  • CRM interest form and booking links now show the provider’s own name, page name, and logo in link previews, making shared links and ads look more relevant to families.

Billing & Finances

  • The mobile Charge family flow has been reworked around Tap to Pay, with a clearer select/review/collect flow and tighter eligibility checks for in-person payments. This is being rolled out across mobile users and may not be visible to everyone yet.

Turning on Tap to Pay
  • Billing on mobile has an updated list and item detail view to make charges and payment details easier to review. This is being rolled out across mobile users and may not be visible to everyone yet.

Mobile billing items
  • Subsidy deposit workflows now support Indiana CCDF and Florida upload/autofill, and subsidy tables now show hours attended versus scheduled to help with review.

  • Payment workflows now support holding bulk-recorded payments as deposits, requiring GL codes for manual payments, and separating payment collection from creating new billing items. This gives finance teams more control over who can collect money versus change billing setup.

Enrollment & Paperwork

  • Admins can now find duplicate student records, review possible matches side-by-side, and merge accounts with clearer context about what information will or will not carry over, giving programs a safer way to clean up duplicate families.

Manage duplicate students
  • Programs can choose to show staff-filled fields to parents on fillable program documents, giving teams more flexibility over what families can see while completing paperwork.

  • Paperwork descriptions now appear in the mobile paperwork flow when present, giving families more context before they open or complete a document. (coming next release)

  • Staff can now be moved from inactive to active in bulk, and activation/deactivation is also available from each staff member’s row menu.

Payroll

  • Payroll onboarding now includes clearer first-payday guidance, a provider-invite banner for programs switching from another payroll provider, and a preview of upcoming pay periods.

Reporting

  • Scheduled reports are now available to every program, allowing teams to set up recurring report delivery on a specified cadence.

  • Scheduled report downloads now use the same columns, order, and formatting shown in the report table.

  • The API can now include student medical conditions and medications when requested, helping integrations keep important health information in sync.

Family Communication

  • Parent chat lists now keep family chats pinned at the top on web and mobile, making the most important program-family conversations easier to find. This is being rolled out across mobile users and may not be visible to everyone yet.

  • Programs now have a setting to prevent parents from removing guardians, while staff can still manage guardians when needed.

Learning & Assessment

  • The lesson activity creation experience on web now uses a guided workflow with stronger support for activity details, age ranges, milestones, and Camber-assisted activity remixing, making it easier to create richer lesson content in one flow.

Updated activity details
  • Classroom age ranges can now go up to 100 years, so programs serving older students can configure appropriate classroom ranges.

  • Lesson plan validation now allows activities that overlap with at least one classroom to be saved, matching how the activity picker already works.
